Live Delivery Guarantee (for shipped orders only):

Someone must be home to receive the package, or request a “Hold at Post Office” service.

We do not guarantee live delivery if worms are left outside, in a mailbox, or exposed to extreme temperatures.

In the rare case of DOA worms, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with video or images. We’ll replace them once, no refunds.

Changing the shipping address after purchase voids the live guarantee.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail—Monday or Tuesday depending on volume.

Transit time is typically 2–3 days across the continental U.S.

Shipments are delayed during extreme weather for worm safety.

You’ll receive a tracking email within 12 hours of shipment.

Worms arrive in breathable bags, packed in dry peat moss inside clearly labeled LIVE WORMS boxes.

Worms may appear small or dehydrated—they’ll rehydrate and regain weight after being added to your bin.
