Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

We ship to select international destinations. Additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
