What we do at Worm Works isn’t convenient, and it’s definitely not small—but that’s the point. We’re choosing to take on a problem most people would rather ignore: waste, soil loss, and the slow breakdown of the systems that feed us. It takes a certain kind of courage to step into that, knowing the scale of it, knowing we might never fully see the payoff in our own lifetime.
This is work rooted in service, not rewards. If we do this right, the real impact shows up decades from now—in healthier soil, stronger composting communities, and a different relationship with the land for the next generation.
OUR GRANDCHILDREN WILL LIVE IN THE OUTCOME OF WHAT WE BUILD TODAY, for better or worse. That responsibility sits at the center of everything we do.
