Customer Order & Delivery Information

FREE local delivery for orders of $40 or more. Flat rate delivery fee is $15.

For customers outside Buffalo, 2–3 day shipping is available at checkout. Local pickup is at the Kenmore Farmers Market, held Sundays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, June through October. Currently we do not offer pick up from our urban farm facility.

Retailer’s Minimum Order & Delivery Policy

BFLO Worm Works requires a minimum wholesale order of 12 bags for all Super Soil purchases. Orders of 24 bags or more qualify for free local delivery within Buffalo city limits. For orders under 24 bags, a flat $15 delivery fee will be applied. All deliveries are made curbside unless other arrangements are made in advance. Please ensure a safe and accessible drop-off location. Delivery is typically scheduled Tuesday and Fridays.
